CACVS presents Cultural Contamination
Created as part of the Cultural Contamination call for projects launched by the Conseil des arts et de la culture de Vaudreuil-Soulanges, “Étalage de richesses” is a tribute to our region's farmers.
The result of the titanic work of our regional growers, the fresh produce offered in our markets is a priceless treasure. Fresh, bursting with nutrients and available as soon as picked, they have no environmental impact due to long-distance truck deliveries. What's more, these local purchases contribute to the financial health of the region and, of course, of our growers, who, year after year, put on a marvellous display of riches.
Cultural contamination
Cultural contamination is a traveling outdoor group exhibition featuring the work of 30 artists (visual arts, digital arts, mixed media) that will visit a total of 21 venues in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges MRC and Beauharnois-Salaberry between April 2023 and November 2023.
The exhibition, presented in three circuitsis installed in public, municipal and private spaces. The artistic portion is complemented by an entertainment and educational component.
